Doing PCT

I have clomid and nolva on hand and I quit my first test 400 cycle 18 days ago. I am going to take my pct tomorrow because it had testc 188mg. How should I take my 2x50mg clomid tabs and 2x20mg Nolva tabs? should i take it all at 4 at once or split it up with clomid morning and nolva at night or something? Or does it even matter how I take it

you saying you took 188mg of test c yesterday? or you got bloodwork done and these where your levels

I think he is saying he was running Test C Thats why he waited 18 days.

Yeah think he meant the test had cyph. in it so that's why he is waiting 18 or 19 days

Yeah my t400 had test prop cyph and enanth. How should I take the tabs? all at once or whatsup with that..how do you guys take your pct??

but do you have enough for a 4 week pct?

and yeah split am and pm

but i would only run 100/40mg the first week if its test only

then week 2,3,4 id run 50/20 clomid/nolva

Yeah I have enough to do 100/100/50/50 and 40/40/20/20. So I should take 1 clomid and 1 nolva tab in the morning and then 1 clomid and 1 nolva tab at night? Cool Ill do 100/50/50/50 and 40/20/20/20 and save a little bit for a next cycle lol
