sup guys im new here and i need some advice on what kind of test to use for lean bulking im currently 6 foot 198 pounds 21 years lifting for about three years now ive been bulking the past four months and working out five times a week hard. im looking to tone up alot more now after i put on some extra weight from bulking due to my high callorie intake and would like to add some new muscle at the same time but noting to drastic but a noticible bit on the mass,ostly tone.my previous cycle experance isnt to great i was younger and listened to my friend who had me takeing 600 mg of just decka a week i did two bottles of it seperate (being young and stupid and listing to my friend who had no idea what he was talking about) no pct after that i took 50 d bol pills at 20 mg a day.My last cycle was two ten mil bottles of primo i took 250 mg a week and 30 mg of dbol for the first three weeks i believe no pct either that time.its been a good while since ive done all that and after reading up for the past few months ive decided to try it again and do it right this time.any suggestions are more than welcome dont hold back with any comments im open to any insight you have for me. thanks guys
