these gains are almost as nice as the booty in your avi.

pre (win) usally topped off at 295@failure (3w/sloppy form)---during/post easily doing between 315@5-345@1.

havent attempted bench since jan, as i focus on dumbbells to.

410x5 pre. 415x5 one week in test prop and win at about 260. I'm also eating roughly an 800 cal per day deficit

Before I got out of heavy power lifting, my bench went from 460 to 565 in about 2 yrs at 308. These were raw and judged w a pause and rack command, n o sloppy touch and go gym lifts. I was also using gear from 21-23 ( I know, flame me). I then decided to see how much beet I could drink instead of working out and got real fat and have cut from 320+ in Sep to lightest of 255 as of now and this is my first cycle in 3 yrs.

I think you mean BEER!! not beet however I hope you have decided to give it away! I do not give a shit how many dangers the world imagines are real. The danger from alcohol abuse is death, and it is slow and painful! My bench increased round 30kgs also. Good luck

Yes john, I haven't had a drink since January and maybe 2-3 times before that since I changed my life back to healthy in Sept!

Ya know, I've been blessed w a great bench, but sometimes instead of "how much do you bench" I'd like to hear " how much do you deadlift it squat?". Dang gone booby builders

Very impressive pound for pound strength for a natural guy! 325 lb. max at 175 lbs.? I'm guessing you must be 5'9" or shorter...

275x5 for pre cycle. Near end of cycle I hit 375 at the end of my pyramid workout. Post cycle I couldn't bench because I had a slight tear in my left pectoral right where it meets the shoulder. I was really ****in sad and lost a lot of strength(8 weeks later I'm not starting to bench again, 135's is it though)

I don't mean to hijack this thread but does anyone have experience with pec strains/tears and why they happen?
I'll try to give you as much pertinent info about my workout:
I did a pretty average warmup(pec stretch, some circles while holding a 5 pound weight for shoulders).
Mondays were either decline or flat DB bench. I'd do a pyramid for 6 sets or just straight sets for 10-8x4. Some incline DB movement, flys. My work sets were always been 10-12.
Towards the end of my cycle(last 3 weeks) I started benching also on Fridays as a rep out day. I'd do either flat bench 275 rep outs for 3 sets or I would do decline 315x3 for 8-10 reps. I'm guessing this was my downfall, volume too high? I also bench with a pretty wide grip which I heard puts a lot of stress on the pec near the shoulder-where the tear happend.
