Might be gyno, Might need help

OK heres the deal. I am 47 years old been on HRT for two years with no sides at all. Ran one small test cycle 10 weeks long last year with no sides other than a little acne. So now I just finished a 14 week cycle of Test/Deca /Dbol I only ran a small amount of deca and only for a few weeks. Test was 500 to 600mg weekly. I ran randomly some Anastrozole and sometimes some exemstane and I have caber on hand. I have been back to my HRT script amount for almost 3 weeks now and the other day I noticed a slight pain in both pecs nothing really painful just a nagging feeling. So I did an examination and in the areola area just under the skin on both pecs I feel something about the size of a BB two in the right pec. Most of the time I don't even notice them and sometimes I have a hard time even finding them but they are still there. So I have started taking the exemestane at half a pill every other day each pill is 25mg. It has been about 6 days so I have only just started the exemestane.

I worry that since I am back at script strength test 150mg weekly. I might over do it and wipe out all estrogen. Then again I am not even sure this is gyno. So what do you think should be my best plan of attach with this? Continue the exemestane? Use the Anastrozole? Try the caber or prami I have on hand? Or buy Letro or ignore it and keep an eye on it since I have lowered my test?

P.S. I am running 50mg var right now but I don't think that should raise estrogen enough to worry about right?

Also the pain has gone away to the point I only feel a slight uncomfort when trying to find these BB type balls the rest of the time I am pain free, No puffiness or anything like that. I wish now I had checked myself before the cycle because I wonder if these could have always been there or am I just in denial?
