    First Cycle: Test C, Deca and Dbol- Results and asking for Input

    500 mg test c (250 mg 2x per week)
    400 mg deca (200 mg 2x per week)
    50 mg dbol daily (25mg am/ pm- oral liquid)

    Stats:
    03/20/12
    37 years old
    152lbs
    5'8"

    Good shape- no bf % (can squat 315 3 reps, bench 225 3 reps)
    Working out 2-3 years

    After first 11 days, up to 160.4lbs.
    Lifts going up. Muscles feel and look fuller (picked up .5inches on calf and almost .5 on my foreamrs).

    Eat 3000 cals per day as follows:

    Morning
    Shake
    1 cup uncooked oatmeal
    30 grams of protien powder

    AM SNACK/ PREWORKOUT
    TUNA SANDWICH (6 OUNCES TUNA, TWO WHOLE BREAD SLICES)
    FRUIT
    30G PROTIEN SHAKE

    WORKOUT

    POST WORKOUT
    30g protien powder shake
    fruit

    LUNCH
    6ounces of chicken/ beef/ or fish
    brown rice

    PM SNACK
    30 g protein powder shake

    DINNER
    6ounces of chicken/ beef/ or fish
    brown rice

    PM SNACK
    Peanut butter on whole wheat
    milk
    protein shake

    WORKOUTS ARE BODY PART SPLITS
    5-8 REP RANGE- HEAVY, 6 DAYS A WEEK
    USUALLY DO TWO MAJOR COMPOUNDS FOLLOWED BY ISOS FOR WHATEVER BODY PART DAY IT IS
    USUALLY WORKOUT CALVES DAILY AND FOREARMS EVERY OTHER DAY


    I'll keep you posted on results- any suggestions/ input?

    You really shoud stop the Deca... You should only be running test for your first cycle.

    You are also very light to be cycling, you would benifit a lot from learning to eat before you cycled

    Appreciate the input. People, I read,
    say get up to 170lbs naturally (at my height) before
    Cycle.

    But, I'm already in it 11 days and am eating more
    Than I ever have--hoping to cycle and learn to eat at same time.

    Why no deca?

    Wow, that's alot of gear for a first cycle. Just the 500 mgs./week of the test cyp is all you would need. How many weeks is your cycle?

    do you have a pct planned?

    no deca or anything other than test on first cycle because if you experience sides you wont know what is causing them because there is 3 unknown compounds instead of 1

    the weight at this stage is water nothing else

    do you have an a.i. on hand to regulate estrogen?

    how long are you planning on running this cycle?

    your diet isnt bad but could still improve, personally i would try get more carbs pre and post workout to start with, try 100gram of brown rice instead of bread and 100g of oats mixed into pwo shake

    im assuming your taking casein and not whey before bed?

    also add some eggs to breakfast, try 5 eggs 2 whole 3 whites

    also by working calves daily and forearms every other day you arent giving them chance to recover, they dont recover then they dont grow

    6 day week is also overkill i.m.o for your stats/goals

    try having a look in the workout section at peoples 4/5 day splits or even start your own thread there with some proposals

    more isnt always better

    10 weeks dbol
    12 weeks of deca and test c

    Then PCT of course

    Shake is 39 g of the long digesting protein.

    Pwo? Post or pre workout shake (adding oatmeal to my shake)?

    No sides as of yet.

    My source says he has stuff available ahould I experience side effects.

    I hope you are talking about the A.I. for sides and not the PCT. Get the pct now, don't wait. Thats the typical mistake people make and then for some unforeseen reason you cant get it,. Do you understand the who PCT deal? What you need? When to use it? Why you need it?

    Your main roblem is you dont want to listen.Your diet isnt right or you wouldnt of been so light before you started the cycle.So unless you learn how to eat you will lose all your gains down the road.Plus you are not running a beginners cycle.You are running way to many compounds.But you are putting on weight and think all is good.But you are wrong you are putting on water weight.Listen to advice given.
