After first 11 days, up to 160.4lbs.
Lifts going up. Muscles feel and look fuller (picked up .5inches on calf and almost .5 on my foreamrs).

6ounces of chicken/ beef/ or fish

PM SNACK
30 g protein powder shake
DINNER
6ounces of chicken/ beef/ or fish

WORKOUTS ARE BODY PART SPLITS
5-8 REP RANGE- HEAVY, 6 DAYS A WEEK
USUALLY DO TWO MAJOR COMPOUNDS FOLLOWED BY ISOS FOR WHATEVER BODY PART DAY IT IS
USUALLY WORKOUT CALVES DAILY AND FOREARMS EVERY OTHER DAY
