T3 (cytomel)
About to end my 6 week cycle of cytomel and was wondering how long to be off before starting again. Is it the old rule of thumb...? Stay off for as long as on?

Apperantly even after longterm administration of exogenous t3, your thyroid starts to function normally within relatively short period of time
But regardless of this, to be safe I would follow the simple rule you mentioned of time on = time off
As a matter of interest, what were your results from running it?

Well truthfully I haven't lost a single pound but I am on test e 750 and deca 600 so I keep trying to tell myself I'm gaining as much as I'm loosing. On a better note my friend has been on it for 3 weeks and lost 17lbs. He's a labor worker and doesn't cardio. Also my bf isn't ideal being 19% so I think I'm holding tons of water

I've never looked into that, and AR doesn't seem to have either, but his advice (which errs on the side of caution) seems sound so adhere to the profile...

Don't want to hijack the thread but since it's sort of related, wanted to know if it is safe to keep running AAS after you have finished a cycle of T3? or does it hinder the recovery of the thyroid?

Hmm ok, I've heard two differing views some say you shouldn't continue as AAS have an affect on the thyroid meaning that when coming off a T3 cycle you're not giving your thyroid a break to be able to recover and some say it doesn't matter. I'll probably just start my own thread, see if I can get some opinions.

Did you feel any different? Your weight didn't change but how about body fat? I'm starting first time next week.
