    Angry help with anavar!!

    Hi there,
i'm a female athlete who has recently started taking anavar , i've been on 10mg, for a week now.
To begin with, I am quite small, 5'4-115lbs. I workout everyday, 45-60 mins cardio, 20-30 weights, with supplements, and a diet.
I was tired of seeing no results, with a plain body, I wanted muscle definintion, I unrealistically wanted to lose 5-8 more pounds.
A friend offered me Anavar, and now although my body is tight, there is no definition, and I have actually gained 6 pounds.
I'm going crazy, as the body I had before anavar a week ago, although it was plain looks way better than how I do now, and most importantly I feel so unattractive. I didn't take my pill today, instead took supplements, and went on a 60 min run on the tredmill.

Is this a phase of anavar? should I continue on anavar?
I need to lose this weight, I want to cut down, and be lean, I have no idea whats going on!?
How/what can I take to become lean, and cut, because clearly the exercising, dieting is not helping.
I'm very strict on myself, and motivated as I am an athlete, I feel like ive hit a plateau, and this is the body i have to settle for and I refuse to.

Anyone with advice, or opinions please post

    Welcome to the board luv,
it seems you desire and commitment are in the right place. To be honest, it's really hard to tell what the solution is. We should develop a better understanding of what you do, including your nutrition plan, and exercise routines.

do this, go to the nutrition section here:
    http://forums.steroid.com/forumdispl...RESOURCE-FORUM
and post your daily diet, including your macros per meal and macros per day. don't know what macros are? go here:
    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...nutrient-Chart
when you post your diet, include your tdee so we know where you are at (consumption vs TDEE). Don't know what TDEE is? go here:
    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...gy-Expenditure

I suspect that your diet, as with almost every one that comes here the first time, that your diet is not yet dialed in. We will be able to see immediately if there are any opportunities for improvement, and you will certainly get some good feedback.

Next, go to the exercise section and post your routines
    http://forums.steroid.com/forumdispl...KOUT-QUESTIONS

I think that these foundational areas need to be addressed before we can move on and discuss steroids for women.

Let me know if you need any help with the above?

If your looking to lose weight, maybe consider a low dose of clenbuterol instead of anavar .

But follow everything roman said, hes set you in all the right locations

I think oyu may be focusing on the wrong goal, weight loss may not need to be your main focus, this is the area where most women go wrong. They are all about the scales when in fact loosing fat and gaining muscle definition will likely cause the scales to go up. I have known several women to take var and freak out by seeing the scales go up a few kg but if you listen to the people around you and ditch the scales they actually looked so much better. A number on a scale is not your best guide to how successful you are in your goals. Just something to keep in mind.

    Goodluck with it all.

I totally agree with this. Keep in mind muscle weighs more than fat and so that scale number can go up as you lose fat and gain that muscle definition.

What I might suggest for measurements instead of the scale is actually measure your muscle groups and also take pictures. It's tough to see the change day to day but if you look at a before picture you can sometime see just how far you've come.

    Good luck chica.

No steroid is going to make you lose weight, steroids increase hormonal output, which increases protein synthesis, which is going to make an increase in muscle.

Diet is numero uno. If your diet isnt on point then your results will come very slow..

Once your diet is on point, then i would suggest looking into albuterol, or clenbuterol .
