    Sustanon 250 cycle

    Hello all,

I just started a cycle of sustanon 250 today and was interested to hear any suggestions anyone may have. Im 5'10"weigh 230 and I'm already in excellent shape I really just wanna go extra hard and put on 10-15lbs of muscle. I was alittle skeptical about sustanon. I am really gonna see a difference with this??????

    welcome to the forum

    what are you skeptical about?

    what is your current bodyfat?

and what are the current daily macros of your diet? this is what really determines growth

how are you dosing your sustanon and for how long?

do you have a pct planned? and an a.i. to use on cycle to regulate estrogen and possibly combat any unwanted side effects?

You will not put on 15lbs of muscle in one cycle.

    How old are you?

You need to look at other factors other than the sus.

    Look at DanB's questions.

If you have a solid diet program and a good training program that you've gotten all you can out of, you may be ready to start AAS. These factors are more important than the steroids.

Another factor that you need to address is your PCT. You simply can't do a cycle without a proper PCT and expect to not get any long term side effects.

Please let us know your age and I am sure someone here will help you head in the right direction.

no pct and no a.i your asking for trouble

you need to get some clomid/nolva(tamox) for pct

    the sponser ar-r sells it

you also should have an a.i., if you run into estrogen related side effects you will need an a.i., by right you should always use one, side effects or not

2 things you need to do NOW, not later or your cycle will become worthless

you need to sort out your diet, if you cant tell me macros and are 15-20% b/f then this tells me your diet is poor and have little understanding of it, post current diet in nutrition section along with stats amd macros from the meals, your muscles wont grow if you dont feed them, simple as that

you need to go to pct section and read up on pct and a.i,

by right you should just stop this cycle now, this would be best advise, but since chances are that you wont do this, i have advised the above

and you still havnt answered some of my original questions, for anybody to be able to help you, you need to answer these basic questions otherwise we cant help

PCT stands for post cycle therapy.

When you introduce external testosterone (not to mention other anabolic compounds) into your system, your body and organs responsible for telling you to produce test get shut down and/or 'mixed messages' on what to do.

You NEED to do a PCT to get your natural levels restored. You also need to make sure you do let the testosterone convert (aromatize) into estrogen. This is where the side effects while on cycle come into the mix... There's so much more than just sticking a big oily needle into your bum...

Totally disagree! With proper diet and training 15lbs shouldnt be a problem with sust.

Sure you can put on 15lbs. But not muscle. If you can put on 15lbs of actual muscle on a cycle, I've been doing something completely wrong.

You are on the heavy side to be bulking bro.15/20% is a wide spread and it could be more.
