Im 25yrs old, bout 205lbs , ive been working out for 3yrs or more, this is my first and only cycle of test E.
IM finishing my last intake this week, i did 15 weeks ,i gained about 20lbs and seen a good jump in stength
my questions are:
I dont want to drop in strength or mass is there anything i should be taking or any eating regiments. i want to continue to get bigger , but was told it was unsafe to continue on a long period of test . so any advice would be helpful
