cycle options help!

hi guys

im am looking for advise to go on a course either 20ml sust 250 or 20ml test e 250

sust would be 1ml e3d or 1/2 ml eod

test e would be 2ml ew

im not planning on taking anything else with it as im struggling to get source of anything else to mix up here in florida.. would you recommend sust or test e cycle?? i also have nolva and letro but before i start my cycle im thinking of taking letro first to reverse my small gyno then start either one of the above, or i was thinking if anyone has ever mixed between both tests in a cycle?

iv done many different courses over the years but iv read alot of new info recently on how to get best results out of each course something i should have done a long time ago.
