Hi decided to take my training to the next level, after lots of reading and research i decided to use Test propionate .

Cycle goals: Add lean quality muscle and put on some mass. About 5 kg. Body fat 7-8%.

My current stats: Age.24 years Weight: 72kg Height:1,82 cm Bodyfat:6,5%-7% Training experience: 7 years.

My Diet: I always keep my diet lean and clean. Total kca:l around 2500-3000 kcal.

Diet sample: Meal 1: 80g oats, 180g egg whites and spinach, omega 3+6+9 oil blend, 1/2 grape.
Meal 2: 80g oats+ whey protein isolate+caseine, 25g almonds+ 1 apple.
Meal 3: 100g brown rice+180g Salmon+ spinach and broccoli.
Meal 4: 100g white rice+ 150g chicken breast asparagus+olive oil(post workout).
Meal 5: Same as 4 just brown rice.
meal 6:Chicken salad +almonds
meal 7: last meal before bed cottage cheese 200g.

This is just a sample of my daily diet, i also include lots of beeeef.

Training Info: Training experience Gym about 7 years.I train 5 days a week, cardio 2-3 times a week.
My goal has always been to achieve symmetry and great definition.

DAY 1: Shoulders+Biceps
2: Legs+Abs
3: Back+traps
4: Chest+triceps+Abs
5: Full body+cardio

My plan is to run Test Prop for 8 weeks ,also had some thoughts to add winstrol 40mg the last 4 weeks, not sure about it.
