Trying to figure out the best cycle for me to run. I had Labral repair and full shoulder repair in De***ber. I'm still in PT 3x/week. I am 10 weeks into HGH cycle of 3iu/day which will increase next month and I will run for a total of 6 months minimum.

I want to run AAS in 2 months once I am done with PT to aid in muscle recovery from atrophy and shoulder repair. Right now I have a very strict diet (tony robbins) and tons of cardio.

33, 165lbs, 8%bf, 5 cycles before (was up over 200lbs 4 years ago)

I was thinking:

week 1-7 - Prop 75mg eod
week 1-7 - NPP 100mg twice/week (should I do this eod at 50mg)
week 4-7 - anavar 50mg/day

is HCG needed weeks 6-9?

PCT clomid & Nolva

Again, not looking to make real gains, I just want to rebuild muscle and aid in recovery for a short while alongside the HGH.
