    Wanna help with my dosage!

    Im 34 weigh 175 and 5"8. Im stack masteron with testosteron cypionate . Im gonna being doing the test twice a week and the masteron every second day. I dont wanna bulk to much, wanna get more shredded if anything at about 190 pounds. whats a goood dosage for each to make that happen?

    what are the rest of your stats?

    bodyfat
    cycle history
    training experience

    and what are the daily macro of your diet, this will be main factor in the results of your cycle

    Im really lean but got just a bit of excess belly fat. Been training since i was 21 on and off. I eat oatmeal or eggs for breakfeast tuna sandwiches for lunch on 100% whole wheat bread, and for supper chicken, salad, balsamic rice, whole wheat pasta

    This is my fourth time doing a cycle and second time stacking test with masteron , i did it last year and got great results but dont remember the exact dosage i was doing, just know that i did test twice a week and masteron every second day.

    So sounds like b/f is above 15%, in that case masteron isnt for you, it is used for ''hardening'' effect and needs sub 12% b/f prob closer to 8-10% to be effective

    Your diet is terrible and needs alot of work, I would recommend you leave the cycle for the moment, post your diet in the nutrition section and sort it out, it really needs to start from scratch, and if that is all you eat then that is mabey 1500 calories at best and barely 100g protein, if you cycle now you will be very disappointed, to put it simply how do you expect your muscles to grow if you dont feed them?

    You want to drop body fat while increase weight to 190lbs, without knowing your bodyfat this could mean anywhere from 15-25lbs of LBM to is needed to meet your goals while at the same time dropping substantial amount of fat, which is not realistic from 1 cycle with perfect diet I.M.O and not realistic in a lifetime with your current diet

    4th cycle and 175lbs with 15%+ b/f, see what I mean about diet?

    Go to the diet section and have a look at a member called 405, he has a log there and has done a natty transformation, he has achieved more in 6 months natty than you have with 4 cycles, Im not trying to take the piss out of you, trying to get you to understand just how important your diet is

    I agree you need to hit the diet section and Mast isnt for you bro not yet.You need to be under 10% so I have read.
