Your diet is terrible and needs alot of work, I would recommend you leave the cycle for the moment, post your diet in the nutrition section and sort it out, it really needs to start from scratch, and if that is all you eat then that is mabey 1500 calories at best and barely 100g protein, if you cycle now you will be very disappointed, to put it simply how do you expect your muscles to grow if you dont feed them?
You want to drop body fat while increase weight to 190lbs, without knowing your bodyfat this could mean anywhere from 15-25lbs of LBM to is needed to meet your goals while at the same time dropping substantial amount of fat, which is not realistic from 1 cycle with perfect diet I.M.O and not realistic in a lifetime with your current diet

Go to the diet section and have a look at a member called 405, he has a log there and has done a natty transformation, he has achieved more in 6 months natty than you have with 4 cycles, Im not trying to take the piss out of you, trying to get you to understand just how important your diet is
