    Weight plateau on Cycle??

My current cycle with diet is perfect. I have put on 20lbs after cutting pretty hard. I am stuck around 193lbs Trying to break into 200lb range.

Should I try dirt bulking? IE Add Creatine, Eatting fattier foods including heavier meals?

I upped my Test from 500 a wk to 600

if you're not gaining anymore, instead of increasing the dose, maybe its time to stop the cycle and do a pct. either your androgen receptors are saturated, or your diet and training program needs work. and increasing the dose wont help those.

you should consider stopping the cycle and do a pct. then re-evaluate.

for me, personally i try to up my calorie intake every 4 weeks. i start around 3500 and then go to 4000 and 4500 for the last run and stay there all the way through pct. it helps from plateauing, as well as gaining and boosting metabolism to burn fat. my fitness pal is the best ap if you have a smart phone to record your intake. good luck

^this man come on you put on 20 pounds, you need more calories now then you did when you first started and you'll need that amount of calories forever now to maintain and you'll have to increase even more to gain.

if your 20lbs heavier the diet that worked for you before isnt going to keep working. You have to keep eating to keep growing
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

Yeah, So does increasing the Test do anything drastic I just pinned 375mg (3.5 day spread) last one was 275mg 650mg this week

no your diet at this point is key, not your dosage, by now most of your gains are realized with a couple more weeks to go possibly. Now the hard part, keeping it.
