genetics, compound movements, isolation movements, steroids and perfect diet , as is the case with all body parts
should really be posting this in the workout section mate
low bodyfat, low sodium diet/not holding any water
presses work mostly ur front delt. side lateral/rotator movements will increase the roundness of your shoulder. also injecting shoulders helps give it some more volume even tho its just the oil in there that makes it look bigger.
