MGF questions,please help

Hi all!

well after alot reading i`ve decided to give it a try but still I have some things I dont understand.
literature after literature no one seems to have consensus about the dosing. some say 200mcg, some say 50mcg, whats your effective dose and what would you recommend?

2. ive suffered a pec tear last year and this is main reason why i want to give mgf a try cuz its expensive as hell and ive read somewhere that it would be ok to take it 2x a week? can this be done cuz i know it should be taken pwo ,and if so,what dose you recommend.
