Clen Questions
Hey everyone,
Although this is my first time posting here I have been on this site for a couple of months just reading threads and trying to become more educated, anyway thats beside the point I am posting because I have a couple of questions about a clen cycle. I have read a bunch of threads about clen cycles but there is just so much info and so much of it is conflicting that I dont really know what to take from it.
From what I've gathered is that clen is most effectively run at 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. During the off weeks are you supposed to take "keto" and if so how much and how often. What supplements or anything do you need to run clen most effectively and can someone help me out with the dosage.
I know these are all beginner questions but like I said I am new here and I have never taken any supplements or anything else besides protein. I am 21 years old, 5' 11" 190 pounds with 12% body fat and I have been working out consistently for the past 8 years. Ill also be getting the liquiclen from arr as I dont really have any sources outside of the internet. Any help would be appreciated.

keto is ketotifen. clen can be used in two ways: 2 weeks on 2 weeks off (does not require ketotifen) or up to 8 months straight (with ketotifen at 2mg/day). clen may give you heart palpitations, hand shaking (i'm on clen right now, and my hands are actually shaking as i'm typing this lol), increased body temperature. ketotifen takes care of most of those side effects or at least weakens them. you can also use metoprolol to ease your heart rate (tbh, i never really needed it). clen should be taken in the morning, ketotifen in the evening. start with 40mcg dose, then increase your dose with 20mcg every day until you hit 120mcg and stay at that. tapering off is done the same way. either way, i hope your heart is okay, cause clen generally is a bad idea for someone with weak heart

Make sure you have some Taurine on hand for cramps. Take 3g to 5g per day if you start to cramp. Make sure you're hydrated.

Ok if I do the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off method how long should I run clen without causing any permanent damage to my body? Also can I run clen with creatine or will that have a negative affect? I have also read that clen should be used with t3 but I dont really understand what t3 is, what it does, and how to stack it together so if someone could please address that I would be thankful.
I have also heard that while on clen you are not supposed to do high intensity workouts cause it can cause heart damage but I tend to do crossfit which is a high intensity workout so should I just do olympic lifts while im on clen and do crossfit during the off weeks?
And this is a ridiculous question lol but a 30mL bottle of 200mcg/mL means that theres 6,000mcg per bottle right? Thanks again guys I appreciate the help.

yes, you can run clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off safely, if you don't have a history of heart problems. i don't advise t3 since it eats away at your muscle, so you'll have to use some test if you go with t3. clen by itself should be fine. i don't know about HIIT but i do 15-20 minute cardio on clen and feel totally fine. i think that dangers of training on clen are largely exaggerated. if you're using liquid clen, then yes, the bottle has 6000mcg of it with that concentration.
