Hmmm.. I know a buddy who has a syringe he puts the amount in the syringe its like a gel kinda of substance, and puts it on his tounge lets it dissolve then washes it down with water.

never thought I would be one of the guys saying this....but...did you even try to search for information regarding clen? You will get all the information you need plus more...take a couple hours and read read read...clen can be brutal but effective...it wont do much if you are not already in very good shape with a strict diet and cardio plan...read my friend...read
