    aas and glycogen levels

    Hello

    When you are "on" do your glycogen level replenish faster then normal?

    im trying to figure the ample amount of time between am/pm splits or am cardio , afternoon or evening weights.

    The studies I've read didn't show a direct correlation between steroids and the hyper-generation of glycogen levels in the muscles. The nitrogen level increases due to steroids. I think you just need to use your good judgement on when you want to run cardio since there is no direct correlation between AAS and glycogen level in the muscles.

    All AAS increase glycogen stores. Particularly orals. And glycogen stores can be replenished almost immediately with carbohydrates PW, but that doesn't mean that you're recovered and ready to lift again.

    thanks guys , i will try and find some medical journals or other data and look into it further.
