Thoughts on gyno?

I'm only on week 3 of Test E and Tren E... And my nipples are already getting a little sore and puffy. I have ADEX and have used .5mg eod for the last week and it hasn't gone down... Should I wait longer on the ADEX before I would try letro? In my past cycles I've been fine, maybe just a little towards the final weeks but have never had to use an AI really. My last cycle was also Test E and tren E

start using it .5 ed for another week. If the symptoms go away go back to EOD

It take a little while for the nips to get back to normal. I'm doing a similar cycle Test P with Tren A. My nips got sensitive and started getting a pea sized knot behind my nips. I got on .25mg ED for a week and things are better and the knot is getting smaller. I don't want to take too much adex because the lack of estrogen causes problems too.
