    What to stack

    Okay so I have been hearing from friends to stack this and stack that but not really sure what and who to believe. I am 5'11 220lbs. I have some good muscle mass but looking into getting extremely cut and lean and just like everyone that wants to achieve that goal QUICK! I know that exercise and dieting is a huge factor which I am currently working on hard but I want that extra push and kick. Money is not an issue but I really don't want to waste my time money and energy and buy the wrong steroids expecting results and end up with nothing. I want to stack hgh + winni + test? Is that a good combo? What would the results be? I am looking into getting extremely cut and that's my goal. I am hoping I get some well recomendation because I wouldnt want to take the wrong stuff and end up hurting myself.

    What's your history like? Is this going to be your first cycle?

    I have tried test before and I put on and maintained the weight but never stacked it with anything.

    u dont know how to diet properly for starters, you need to diet down naturally to at least 14-16%
    before thinking of any sort of compounds

    Workout experience should be 1, 2, 3+ years working out consistency 5x a week. Typically you should have a SOID full 2+ years before considering doing any sysles MINIMUM and that with a GOOD strict diet. No reason to use anything when you body has tons or natural potential and will grow just as fast with out any of the many negative side effect you can get from aas and your gains will be 100% maintainable.

    I have been working out my whole life I am very athletic but I always had an extremely poor diet. But now I am dieting better with a high protein low low carb diet Nd eating consistently around 7 times a day to keep my metabolism going to keep burning calories. But my body just hits a point where it just doesn't want to lose anymore bf that's y I want to take a legit cycle that will get me shredded. I just need someone with good experience that knows what they are talking about that will give the perfect advice on what to stack together to achieve my goal.

    You need to hit the diet section.Post your diet with macros and they will help.AAs isnt a diet aid and you wont lose with it if you cant lose without it.

    Yup sorry but even our members who do shows and are shredded will tell you it's all about diet and cardio. Keep working on the cycle and as said, visit the diet section.

    I am stuck at the same bf and weight and not changing. I think my body hit its leak limit and time for extra help. I have been working out on and off for about 7 years now. I would like to stack the correct product plz advise me what would be the best to stack to get shredded.

    List everything you ate yesterday so we can rule out it being your diet.

    Theres no reason you cant maintain 12-13% and even lower naturally. You have not listed calories, your deficit or your macros. A high protein low low low carb is pointless if youre going over msintensnce w calories. Plus, low carb is not the answer at 20% bf. You also need a food scale

    Also, steroids main priority is building muscle. Theyre not going to magically melt fat off you

    Oat meal with cereal in the morning. Then a 90 calorie snack bar. 2 tuna water based with letus. Same snack bar again. Then 2 chicken breast from el pollo loco. A snack bar. Protein shake gym then shake. I am eating every 2 to 3 hrs. I am using the muscle feast protein with no flavor to avoid sugars.

    Dude it's you diet. That's all you ate yesterday? First I don't know how you got to 20percent bf. with that little amount of food. Second how you maintain 220 lbs. I'm 5-11 220 lbs. and I have to eat a whole lot more than that to maintain. Give up the bars and shakes. Where are you carbs and good fats. You need to get to the diet section. Cook your meals for the week and take them with you.

    okay so bottom line I want to start a cycle now. what do you guys recommend for a strong cutting cycle. I want to cut down on bf as fast as possible. what should I stack.

    No but it shows he's not eating the right foods. Or enough solid meals.

    You can stack anything but with out the correct diet you won't make any gains and if you make any you won't keep them without proper caloric intake.

    There's no answer set in stone man. All stacked cycles are largely personal opinion/preference when deciding which is better

    At 20% and 24 yrs old u need to focus on diet your trying the easy way out. If u were to buckle down u cud get to 10% or below naturally. U Don't need nothing but discipline

    Good old ECA Stack w/cardio and a very strict diet will do the trick.
