Ya to clarify when I spoke of fried chicken, I was referring to deep fried. Your method works well, though in my opinion thats a bit too much oil to use. I prefer to use a spray bottle filled with my oil of choice, usually canola, and spritz the pan with some oil. If your looking to add some extra good fats then go ahead and use some extra oil to prepare your chicken. Though be careful and use an oil that has a high heat tolerance, like coconut oil, because lower heat oils will convert into bad fats when heated too high. Just google your oils and choose the one that best fits your fat needs. I will usually rotate the methods I use to cook chicken. Thats just to ease the repetitiveness of eating chicken twice a day, every day. I'll fry it or bake it or use the foreman grill. Its all in personal preference there but after years of chicken, ya gotta change it up every once in a while lol. To answer your question about frying the chicken, yes there is a difference. Pan frying the chicken only coats in in oil but deep frying it makes the chicken absorb a lot of the oil used...then you have way too much fats you want to work with there. 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil is perfectly fine in pan frying your chicken...that is unless your are extra sensitive to too much fats in your diet, then I would find other methods to frying your chicken. Pam works wonders to keep the fat count very low lol
I didnt read most the thread but everyone should be atleast measuring / weighing your food.
Yes we counted calories back then,i counted every thing i ate.As far as taking 4 or 5 weeks for steroids to kick in is bull sh!t,not counting your first cycle by week 3 i look entirely different when i do a cycle and the steroids didnt just kick in on week 3 they have been working a lot sooner than that. I always gain weight when doing a cycle to put on mass, dont have to be exact with calories just enough to not be in a calorie deficit.
Now boys
Play nice
Its OK to have different opinions
That's what a forum is for
