Get your Bp and heart rate checked, a Bp machine is pretty cheap at pharmacies, deffernatly worth the investment

I've run upwards of 3g a week, and at that point, begin to experience some blood pressure issues. Just hit up a local pharmacy and hop on one of those free blood pressure monitors, if you're noticably high, I prefer to take baby aspirin. It always does the trick for me.

Stress can put your heart rate up,so you have to chill if you dont have a cuff to check you BP then check your pulse

Before you check it you have to relax as you will increase your heart rate just by think about checking it so chill

Counting the beats you feel for 15 seconds and multiplying this by four to get your heart rate per minute or 30 seconds and multiply two

To do this you can find the radial pulse ie wriste or alternatively find the carotid pulse ie neck

Normal heart rate-for adults, 60-100 beats per minute

But for the cost of a cuff its a good investment

Whatch ur sodium and cholesterol intake. Maybe a couple more days of cardio to burn off some extra stress. As long as ur stolstic doesnt get above 160 u should be alright. I have some benzos on hand incase of anxiety which causes high BP. As for the twitching it might be ur nervouse system addapting to the new stregnth and added workload.

its probably a combination of raised levels and your are compounding the issue by dwelling on it.

    [That's what I figure man
When you think about something that worries you, it's 10x worse. Stress and anxiety can and will raise you BP
Plus my family has had a bad history with heart attacks and strokes. I think that is why I worry about. My relatives that have passed with heart issues, smoked cigs and were over weight, there diet consist of deep fried everything and shaking the salt shaker 50 times on every meal.
I eat good and have lost 40 lbs the last 6 months and my doc says I am in good shape for a 37 year old especially with my family back ground.

My BP ky rockets when I pin myself, it's crazy shat! Even thinking abouta needle bumps it up lol...

I totally feel you bro, you are not alone on this issue, for me i started my first cycle about 2 weeks ago and today my bp was 147/88 or something like that...i get really nervous when i pin myself and i can hear and feel my heart beat rocket way up. When i fall asleep i have to lay down on my right side cause i feel my heartbeat on my left side...im gonna start taking a baby aspirin, ive heard it works. Good luck to you brother
