    Current cycle ?

    5'11"
    26 yr old
    167lbs
    10-12% bf
    Work out since 02 on and off on constintly now for 3 yrs 5 days a week
    Currently on 2nd cycle

    Got a question about my cycle im on sust 250 weeks 1-5 i did only 1cc a week then jumped to 2cc a week currently on week 7 1/2 sunday will be the end on the sust bottle. I have access to another bottle of sust and my question is my supplier really wants me to cycle off now but i really wasnt ready to stop i wanted to continue 2cc a week for another 5 weeks to get better results. Is cycling off my better option?

    Cycle history is first cycle just E for 10 weeks 1cc a week. Off for about 6 months then started what im on now. Gained 25lbs on first cycle but really focused on diet more. This cycle i was just eating everything in sight which i know wasnt the best thing but i really havent seen any results except a little bit of bulk. Nothing like the first cycle and thats what i was goin for was more gains than what ive gotten.

    First cycle is always the best m8 after that you need to use test and maybe something else to get a greater effect like tren or deca 10 weeks is prob longest to stop sides then rest for 10 and go back on!

    10/4. He tried to get me on E and deca but i told him i wanted to try the sust but i guess not startin with 2 pins a week and not focusing on my diet i kinda dropped the bomb on this cycle. I think ill do deca and E next time and start at 500mg a week for 10 weeks. Im gonna research more on deca first i know a little bit about it but not enough to cycle it yet so looks like pct and research.

    Bro 5 11 and you are only 167 on your 2nd cycle? Bro you got problems and I will bet they are your diet.Post your diet in the diet section they will help.And you need to come off beacuse you are wasting your money.

    shit didnt check your stats bud your either cut to fck or your diet is ruined and needs serious attention and hes right bud gear is no good with bad foods diet is KEY its like this 80 percent diet 10 percent rest 10 percent training thats how much attention to detail you need in your food?

    Yeah i know my diet is crap right now but the only reason i was able to gain wha i did the first cycle was the diet and test. I did natural and a good diet for around 6 months and only gained 12lbs which is good i guess but ive been small my whole life and wanted to be bigger so i started to cycle last year i was impatient but i got good results and i wanted more so i cycled again this time but this time my diet wasnt near what it was last time. Im gonna pct and get back on the diet and build up for the next cycle.

    Yeah i went from 142 to 167. Now i did lose to 158 cause i got real sick but got back on my diet and in the gym and gained it right back within a 2-3 month period. Complete transformation but still not enough. Goal originally was to get to 185 but now im thinking more the range of a lean 190-195 but its gonna take time

    Goin today to get back on my diet. Will pct and serve my time off but cant promise in 16 weeks im not gonna get back on. I know i will focus on diet next time also. But on my last physical it says i was 5'9" 128lbs 6%bf i started the diet after that and got up to 140lbs. I go in for another physical monday so ill get better stats then. So with in a full year since my last physical weather im 5'9" or 5'11" ive made a big jump in weight so i dont think that my first cycle was a waste but my second i believe has been but thats my fault with a poor diet. But the diet starts tomorrow and well see how it goes. I guess im gonna make a log just got to figure out how to post pics

    out of curiosity since i flubbed this one. back to my question about continuing my cycle. the guy owes me money so im getting the test anyways it can be for this cycle or next dont matter ill take the advice given but my question is people run 12 week cycles all the time im just talking about running 13 weeks. ive got my diet back in check now started it today. would it still be pointless with the correct diet to continue? or still best for me to come off?
