okay so im about to start week 3 of cycle but havent had the best last 2 days as its been freinds birthdays etc & easter so been out thursday & will have to go out tomorow. drink a little more than i should but just wondering if it is that bad to do it every now and then. im not talking about bingedrinking 2-3 times a week just once every now and again (once a week at most) as i dont want the gym to take complete controll over my life and do enjoy going out and drinking. main reason i dont like getting drunk is the fact i cant train/diet properlly the next day.
