deca and sastnon 1st cycle
hi
what u guys think of 1st circle u need 4 bottle of
for the 1st bulking cycle
i nevar been using anything before...just go on with normal weight gainer and normal whey protein and creatine
one guy he told me to try sustanon + deca the pct
and another one told me
enananthe and sustanon and add dbol
now i dont know what to choose and who to trust...? i wanna ask u guys
please help me
i wanna do bulking...just go for bulking something like (off sesson things)
age is 23 years older
Body fat is 20% i guess so
high is 185
i don't Eat Hard But i Eat Smart
again i wanna go for bulking,bulking ...

23 is a little young to start.
if you want to bulk it is more diet then chemicals. You need to eat for it.
First cycle should be test only. you will gain plenty off of that if you eat correctly
test e or sust it doesnt matterIf people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

you def dont want to do deca first cycle it can really mess you up bud and seen as it is your first youll be well happy with the results from test as said above test-e or c bulking test-p cutting or ripped look but well to young and youve already got what you need in your body at the moment bud diet diet diet diet!

so test is for bulking...as at the moment i am just looking for bulking, a good bulking...i respect yr advice my binsser but if i use the deca ...really what is gonna happened...just till me i wanted know

i know everything has a side effect...but am new into this...and i need some bulking not too much ,i just need an extra 20 kg...of muscle which i gave up...i just need a good cycle that would give me good bulking and it wont really effect my body
btw i really like the idea of the test.. am really happy for it..and am up to it..just want more view point...and this section the education one i have learned alot from it...yeah another thing aam haveing bad time in food as i am gonna be an xchange student for one year and they gonna send me to east asia...malaysia which i know i might have a problem with the diet and food...i heard those guys eat rice on breakfast,rice on lunch and rice on dinnar...so i need something that i would keep me good for the next 8 month

Sust or test E will probably get ya about 10-15lbs realistically. Depending how dedicated u are to ur diet and workouts.
i know ur a lil too young but ur gonna do what u wanna do, if u do decide to cycle, just stick with one or the other. No deca or oralls. Plan on a good pct also to get ur natty test back to normal after cycle.

and body fat less than 17%
workout everyday
one day deadlefting and other day squat no matter what muscle am working on....
eat 3 heavy meal per day and 2 sub meal
what cycle do u recomand for me ?
btw at the moment am into creatine monohydrate supplemant..
btw after the cycle am i gonna lose the wight that i have gained... ?

You should NOT be doing any cycle.... Your training and diet need A LOT of work before you take that step, and yes you will loose all the weight when you finish if you have not trained yourself how to eat properly

yeah that is photo of me,no problem,for the trainning i am surei wont step off the gym any time soon, anf for the diet.am going on with good diet
15%fat i guess it is good diet :-)
am just wanna go for cycle to start a new level,so far i found some good advices from some members above

We would like to help you but from experience there is no way that is you compared with your stats and lack of basic knowledge. That is the body of someone who has a very good diet, has a very good knowledge and workout history for several years. I still lift the weights you mentioned with 3 herniated disks and a bum shoulder I am having surgery on next week. Most of us here really do want to help you and others but most of us are suspect because of past users who are fake.
No one is going to join facebook without knowing you. How about taking another picture holding up a paper with today's date and you are shirtless like in the other pictures?
