nolvadex or clomid

Gonna take Test E 500mg/week for 12 weeks, should i take clomid or nolvadex how much and how often ? This is my first cycle btw

100/100/50/50 on the clomid

as dan and gixxer said above... you take neither for your current cycle. save them for pct, and get yourself an ai for on cycle

i read that link above, im not made of money either, so its either one or the other, do i really need an AI or can i just do my cycle and then use a PCT ? OR do my cycle use an AI and no PCT ?

i understand the money issue. I wouldnt do a cycle with out an ai, you also said its your first cycle so you dont know how you react to things. you could get gyno bad and need something right away.

Don forget this is a 12 week cycle, so ill do the nolvadex 14 days after my last injection and then ill wait another 12 weeks to start a second cycle

so that makes 12wk cycle, 2wk prior pct, and 4wk pct so 18weeks off bro

you may be fine with 12 but better to be on the side of caution and prevent any problems which could arise in future

if you want to start earlier then get bloodwork done before you start and make sure everything is in normal ranges

you can do up to 6 weeks for pct as you only have enough money for one thats why i said do an extra 40 in week three its upto you m8 just do 40/40/20/20 with some hcg see how you go!

This is your health and it's going to be your first cycle. Wait a little longer and save some more money so you can get nolva and clomid and you should definitely get an AI for on cycle.

If it were me i would use low dose letro,it will keep estro in a good normal range and can be used for PCT AND is cheap......
