I am on my first cycle five weeks in. My arms are by far my nost desirable need to build. Is it to much to workout arms twice a week on cycle of test,Deca and HGH ? Should I stay with once a week?

first cycle and your on test deca and HGH lol obviously didnt agree with test only first cycle
Ahh fair enough as for your question I have no real response I train a chest bis, legs, back, shoulder tris, so arms come in to play twice a week. But only focus on each muscle directly once a week. That's my 2 cents
Im in the same boat op. I focused mainly on powerlifting the past 6 yrs and really neglected my bis. Now that im trimming the fat and looking to do a show sonetime ive been hitting bis twice a wk and its been yeilding great results. The recivery time on aas as you know is second to none. Go for it and get them guns!!!
no its not too much to work out arms twice a week but it would depend on how long you have been training and how rapidly you wish to grow, the science says something like 48 hours for full muscle repair so you could train arms say monday and thursday but id stick with once a week because it all comes down to personal body types, i know for me it takes atleast 4 days before my muscles are completely recovered and not sensitive even to touch
depends on the routine split u got u can add extra arm workout in.
My situation is very similar to bob87, I hit compounds hard on major muscle groups, and lightly touch smaller muscle groups, such as bi's and tri's. Then have a day specifically focusing on them. It's really a matter of what you prefer and respond best too. It's a cliche answer, but everyone is different, lol.
i would do triceps after chest/shoulder and bicep after back then their own separate day. doing two arm days and then chest/shoulder /back will probably be too much volume after a few weeks and lead to some possible tendinitis.
