Chill. Sleep. Check it in the AM.

I shot some tren in my shoulder yesterday, did the same thing. Its gone today.

Im not saying your out of the woods but things like this happen and they tend to clear up the next day. You will be able to tell tomorrow if its serious. Is it red/swollen/hot? N not just from you messing with it from being paranoid.

Are you in the US? If so I would say NO dont tell the doctor what it is unless you want it in your charts and to follow you forever. If you go to the doctor say it's a B12 shot or you got a flu shot or ran into something.

Just monitor it throughout the day, try not to touch it. I think you will be fine, this happens to us all from time to time. Oh and if you do go to the doc, keep to your story. They like to try and get the truth from you cause lets be honest they know its nota b12 inject but unless you say otherwise they cant write shit down about AAS.
