    Muscle cramps, why?

I'm 2/3rds of the way through my 1st cycle, 500Mg Test EW. I feel great, look great, much stronger, all is well. 2 things though. 1- I have muscle cramps everywhere, if I just move in the wrong position the muscle will start cramping, nothing too severe, but annoying. 2- I don't know if it is just because of the growth, but I feel like I need to stretch all the time and it feels so good to stretch, like I can feel every muscle in my body. Is that normal? What to do for cramps?

make sure you are getting all your micro nutrients and especially minerals (potassium, sodium, magnesium). stay hydrated. diet tonic water can definately help since quinine (added ingredient in all tonic water) used to be prescribed for cramping.

Roman...don't some AAS deplete certain minerals in the body that cause this???

I think that being on cycle, which allows a more intense workout and raises the fatigue ceiling is the chief cause of cramping for some. Because of this, there is an increase of lactic acid buildup which the body is having a hard time eliminating. Which is why the importance of staying hydrated, to help flush the buildup.

Not an expert, so you can check here for each of the steroid profiles and see what you come up with, then let me know so we can both learn something....?

Certain AAS (particularly orals like Drol) tend to cause electrolyte imbalances, hence the cramps and water weight gain.

I had cramps when my E2 bottomed out. AI dose was too high. Not saying that is the cause, just sharing experience so you think of everything.

Thanks guys, I know I don't drink nearly enough, never have, I did not know that could cause the cramps though. I knew about Potassium but not how being on cycle can deplete it so I will bump up the bananas, I love them anyway. JohnnyV, I am on .5mg Arimidex ED, were you doing more?

Completely different circumstances. I was on TRT and thought my E2 was going up. I took a small amount (12.5mg EOD) and it killed me. I don't do any adjustments now without blood work because "feeling" can be a horrible indicator.
