    For PCT:
Discontinue L-Dex and start clomid wk15 at 300mg/1st day; 100mg/ed days 2-11; and 50mg/ED days 12-28 along with 20mg/ED nolva throughout my PCT.

Welcome back! If youve been out w an.injury for the past 8 months, why not wait a while to.get back cycle? i didnt take the time to add up your calories and macros but it at least looks decent and shows that youre putting forth the effort to track your diet which is the most important part of training.

As far as your cycle... I took 3 yrs off and came back on.a moderate cycle w a couple different aas but they were all things i had used in the past. I would suggest dropping the eq. I never used it but from what i hear on here its nit worth it especially at a low dose. Saying that i do have a friend who.runs eq at 600mg+ per wk and swears by it(this is also.stacked w a base of test at least)
