Training phase during PCT/ post PCT

5 weeks in current cycle , i use Brian's HST training program. and looks like when i start PCT, ill be doing 2 weeks of negatives.

should i push through the negatives for 2 weeks, then reset to 15's for the final two weeks then continue on 10's, 5's, negatives. then take 1 week off for static rest, ( that would be 6 weeks after post PCT id be taking a week off the gym.) <-- to retain gains is 6 weeks after pct too soon to take time off?

or skip the negatives, reset to 15's for latic acid flush for tendons and continue as usual.

Might be confusing for those not familiar of HST, or dont approve of the training.

not looking to hear its crap program or whatever, just looking for some positive personal opinions.

    Thanks in advance.

I am currently doing the 2 weeks negatives, then i plan on doing heavy 10's for the last two weeks of pct, if that makes sence to see how much strength ill be able to keep.

yeah makes sense, though you could do a special 2 week scheme with 8's. Since you wanna lift heavy

Well 10s will be 8s by the last week more then likely, i want to push the limit in strength with out risking injury ofcourse.
