bi's only hurt when i pin.

it gets better over time, unless u are too tense and also remember the needle is a mini scalpel so if you dont have a steady hand u will cause micro trama scar tissue that makes it hurt too.

Working out right after, and massage the injection point helps alot.

Some people warm their oil up, i dont.

i know guys that faint from the fear of the needle.

I can think of several more painful things, burning your hands washing the dishes, cutting yourself shaving, stubbing your toe, bumping your head on anything.

at worst it will be a dull pain for a week, depends what your injecting really.
But as the other said and after youve pinned that spot once or twice more you probably wont feel it at all.

looking around 3-4 days bud (virgin muscle) when i jab i can feel it round my leg back allsorts sometimes but goes after a hour or so youll be fine just work it in take a run or do some weights it really helps!

it hurts and the area stays hot for the first few days then it should start to go away. it takes a while for the tissue to get use to the jabbbing and oil but after some time you wont even noticee it. keep an eye on that area though cause u never know when it could be an infection and not just common pain and discomfort.

Try warming up the bottle before you inject. I soke it in hot tap water in a ziplock bag.
