hello everybody

i just joined this site and this is gonna be my first post.and its gonna be regarding the 1st ever aas cycle that im planing on undergoing soon

first im gonna say a few things about myself.im 24.been working out for 9 years(ever since i was 15)..granted my first two years were very amateur-ish(ive been very dedicated as far as training goes...but i was a kid so nutrition wasnt "all that" and i definitely didnt get enough sleep/rest)but after that, when i started seeing some real results,i was hooked and my discipline has been exceptional for the past 7 years.

i eat like a king, lean beef, chicken breasts(i like em boiled)a lot of cottage cheese, legumes, nuts(almonds, macademians and sunflower seeds most of the time)omega3 rich fish.salmon.egg whites, potatoes.protein shakes.and i get the other stuff i need from vegetables and fruit(but also some effervescent vitamin tabs and various BB supplements)thats just part of my diet(just to give you an idea)i also have a meal basically every hour(and always snack on stuff inbetween)

my training..is my life..i base my life around my training(and not the other way around) girlfriends, parties, entertainment that all comes in second place(by a long shot)..if it were for me,all i would need in life is food and being locked in a fully equipped gym alone for the rest of my days..that would be paradise...my only problem is,since ive been doin it all natural for 9 years, the people around me all seem to be getting to their goals at an accelerated rate(which subconciously led me to a lot of overtraining)i trained 5 hours a day tryin' to keep up while all i was doin was making my body weak,****in up my joints and bones, never gave my muscles enough time to grow etc.(i even tore my right bicep to shreds..i have a golf-ball size hole in my bicep now,for life...but the idiot that i am,i was back in the gym the next day, like nothing happened)so people ask(before taking steroid)"are you prepared to work out with intensity?"
i say yes to that...in fact..my problem was too much intensity.
i grew and matured since then...now im using my head while training instead of just my body(its an acquired skill that comes with age i guess)

now,i believe its time for me to take it to the next level..i know i havent reached my full genetic potential(and i doubt any of you have by the time you first started using gear) but i think i qualify for AAS(i kinda payed my dues)i wanna reach certain goals and ive been patient for 9 years...now i want to step it up a notch
i got my diet down,my workout(although at times a little too intense)is good.and i think that once i'll start seeing remarkably fast gains from AAS i will be in the position to say "ok,lets sit this one out today and rest"(its easier to have that kind of attitude when your bicep grew an inch in 3 months)

i hope i didnt come off as a know-it-all or cocky when i said stuff like "my discipline has been exceptional" or praising the intensity of my training...i just wanna give you a realistic overview of what bodybuilding means to me and the way that i approach it.i am a "everything or nothing" type of person...when i start something(which i rarely do)i stick with it for the long run and tackle it with the utmost seriousness

thet would be my introduction(im sorry if it was a little long and boring to read but its best to get the facts out of the way from the get go to avoid responses like "if your diet isnt spot on,aas wont help you" or "if you havent worked out long enough its not time to consider gear")although im relatively young, the past 7 years were really intense.some older guys might think that since i started at 15,the first years were a waste because you dont have maturity and havent learned from experience yet but keep in mind how much information is available nowadays.especially with the internet...a young kid can get pro advice when hes 10 and know more than the guy who was learning stuff on its own or from uneducated buddies at the gym.and now i'll move to the actual questions

ive been researching left and right for 10s and 10s of hours...reading a lot of helpful posts, seen a lot of opinions.and a lot of it was contradictory or user specific.every person reacts diferently to diferent things.so i realized that all i can do is take peoples word for it(cause since this is gonna be my fist time..i cant draw my own conclusions, having never experienced the effects first hand)
but i pretty much narrowed it down...some things seem to be reoccurring advice no matter where you are reading it from...so now i would like to post a chart of what my cycle is gonna look like.i would really appreciate your input.minor tweaks, suggestions etc(when youre new at something, especially aas which to me is a big deal, you tend to be nervous and extra careful.)maybe even too careful(i wouldnt wanna go overkill on precautions i dont really need)especially on this simple test only 1st cycle

Week 1-12 : Test-E 500mg (250 2 times a week)
Week 1-12 : Arimadex 0.25mg (every other day)
Week 1-12 : HCG 500iu (250 2 times a week)sub-q
(some might say to start hcg from week 4 and go a little easy on arimadex but with the info i was given this seemed like the appropriate choice..i would however love to hear your opinions and have an open discussion.tell me why and how you would do things a lil differently...the personal experiences/benefits youve had)

14 days after my last test injection i would start PCT

Week 1: Nolvadex 20mg/day, Clomid 50mg/day
Week 2: Nolvadex 20mg/day, Clomid 25mg/day
Week 3: Nolvadex 20mg/day, Clomid 25mg/day
Week 4: Nolvadex 10mg/day
Week 5: Nolvadex 10mg/day

(i also will have other things at hand to combat eventual acne and stuff like that but that isnt really part of this topic)

im not here to be "spoon-fed".i dont want you to do my research for me..i already did that.i know the mechanics behind aas,i know how AIs work and what they do,i know how to inject etc...theres a lot of contradictory information outthere.people that seem like they know what the f*** theyre talking about, get pissed on and ridiculed by other people who also seem to know what theyre talking about.its not easy to navigate trugh this web of information.a beginner cant really tell who he should listen to.every time you think you got your 1st cycle down, you read another thread that kinda turns it upside down.the more you read, the more confused you get.and what im askin of you is just to simplyfy things.i presented my cycle, and as a last precaution,i would just like a few people to tell me that its good to go...of course i dont know everything...far from it.and all that i know is theoretical at this point...in fact, compared to some of you who have been using for 10+ years,i dont know jack...but im here to learn.im not in a hurry to do my first cycle(ive waited 9 years...i can wait a little longer)i just wanna assimilate as much info and knowledge as i can now, before actually doin anything.and even tho' theres a lot of 1st cycle threads already and all the information is available on the internet,i really want a more personal conversation.not just in general or for somebody else...but just for me(theres a difference between buying a book on home improvement and having an actual carpenter giving you (personally)some advice while your building something)
what is everyday routine by now for some of you is a big step for me...so i'd rather ask questions so that i can do things right and get the best out of this experience.that doesnt make me a lazy prick who doesnt wanna do its reaserch.
(you will not be doing my homework....just spell checking it before i turn it in)for peace of mind

and whoever took the time and effort to read up to this point,i wanna thank you...and all your advice will be really appreciated.i will also be posting eventual progress if thats ok(and if i posted this in the wrong section..i apologize, feel free to move it)im new to this forum thing
