I have just finished a short keto diet and lost enough fat to begin my current natty bulk. One thing that occurred to me on it, was what would be the minimum amount of Anavar needed to keep muscle?
50-75mg is the required dosage for gains (muscle or strength) from everything I read. The question is, if preventing catabolism is the primary goal, would say 20mg per day split into 2x10mg doses (9 hour half life) suffice for this? I'm going on the medical knowledge of 10mg per day helping recovery from burns victims.
Of course assuming the keto diet is done correctly with regards to calories and ketosis and a proper training programme is in place.
