    Cutting fat after cycle

I'm 31, 5'11", now 96kg. This was my first cycle of test e @ 400mg per week. PCT will be 5 weeks and I have been running HCG.

I'm just coming up to PCT and have gained about 7kg or 15lbs. I've been putting away about 3500 - 4000 cals per day. Obviously I want to hang on to as much of this weight gain as possible, but i'm also keen to begin cutting a few % bf. I didnt lose much fat while on cycle but now that i'm happy with my upper physique, I need to cut the last bits off fat around my waist to have a more chiselled look.

I was planning to continue the current calorie intake through PCT, but am wondering when the correct time would be to transition to lower carbs and begin the cut without losing any of the new gains.

i eat like a horse through pct, but even cleaner then when i am on. i wait 6 weeks before i think about trying to do any diet. any sooner is suicide for me

Agreed, Ive cycled 4 times, and the best way for me to maintain is to up my diet, then start cutting about 4-6 weeks after. usually at 5000 cal through PCT. you add some fat, but cutting has never been an issue, id rather keep my muscle and cut gradually, IMO.

You can also look into GH or peptides to help you lose fat during pct.

I am in the same boat.

I put up a post on this. And like stated above, cutting slow would be best to minimize LBM loss.

Thanks the replies. I'm gonna keep my cal intake at around 4000 and keep it at this until I get PCT bloodwork done about 1 month after PCT. Once I know my natural test levels are back in place, gradually begin to reduce carbs and move into a cutting phase.

    Sounds like a decent plan.

I would love to cut sooner, but any additional LBM loss would suck worse than keeping my fat for a bit longer.
