Good to run with a cycle or stick to weights? Thanks

Well, what do you normally do, and what are your goals?

If crossfit is what you're in to, then AAS can aid the process.

But if you want to make maximum mass gains, then nothing is going to beat hypertrophy training with weights.

Normally weight train but as of late been dabbling in cross fit. Probably is counter productive to building mass. Just wanted to see if anyone has done it while on a cycle an results.

I'm in the same boat, I can't afford "crossfit" but I mimick training... Weights and cardio! Right now I'm doing Insanity...
I bet have the same struggles, want mass, definition, speed and agility. Well I do!
Im a novice so DON'T take my way as a recommendation.. I usually do a "light" test run but I typically use test 400 or super test 450, I have never stacked! Hell if my shot is to big 1week I am unbearable to deal with, and I can't afford that. So I never use more than 1mg per week or I will split it to twice a week... Watch the carbs NO bread LOTS of veg insted ( I should say watch the starches)...

As I said I'm a novice so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated , 1 thing I did learn is DON'T waste your money on a Winnie only cycle!

Training hard is worthless with out proper diet!!!

As far as being "in shape" - defined as the ability to do work over time, nothing will hold a candle to X-Fit. There's a reason firefighters, et. al. are into it. I did it for 8 months - it's ability to sculpt a body beyond dropping excess fat is negligible.
The right AAS will help any athletic endeavor, but for godsakes never tell another crossfitter!!
