I just started a cycle of Hdrol and wanted to know based on experience whats the best schedule to dose. I am goin 50/50/75/75/75/75 and wanted to know if it is ok to take in the evening or will i have any sleep issues. Also, I have read up on others taking a dose before hittin the gym. is this better than spacing evenly throughout the day? I usually go to the gym around 4-5pm and i wake up at 630. so for now i take it in the morning and another before the gym so its still pretty evenly spaced out but when i up the dosage, would it be better do take two in the morning and one before workout or space it out evenly three times a day? thx for all the input in advance.
