Need some help toning
Hello everyone I have been working out really hard over the past 8 months and seem to be loosing my muscle mass while geting lean and was woundering if any one could give me any suggestions on what to do or take ? Its as if I am starting to loose muscle mass instead of the body fat !

Hey Brutha, how about some stats? Diet is number one and you gotta make sure you have a cardio plan. Both of these of course compliment your regular weight training.

why do you think you are loosing muscle?
What is your bf%
whats your diet look like?If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

I am 5 foot 8 and weight 195 but have droped 30lbs since I started I went from having 19 inch biceps to 15 inch biceps I do cardio every other day and lift the others and I take 1 day a week off. I really could not tell you what my body fat % is . I am eating a high protien diet .

well if you are leaning out your going to loose size from every place. It doesnt mean it was muscle. you have fat on your arms also.
finding out your bf% is important to figure out where you are.
Can you post a pic i can tell you pretty close to where you are atIf people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

your probably about 25% bf. you just loosing fat from everyplace. So thats why your arms and things are getting smaller.
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

Hit up the diet and nutrition section. Work on calories and macros.

a good start is cut out your fryed foods ,beer,crisps or any of that crap (if you do )and eat chicken and salad for the next 8 weeks youll see a great dif especialy as you doing cardio eod!

No, a good start would be to find out your total daily energy expenditure or tdee. Eat 20% less cal per day and have your macros so you get 40% protein 40% carbs and 20% fats.
