Alright so new on here but have been researching training,dieting,gear and anything to do with bodybuilding since I was about 13,and have recently turned 19,though I of course I am human and do not know it all hah,and like to get a variety of opinions.
have been training seriously for 3 or so years. Have been experimenting with different training principles in that time and diets as well and have found what has worked and what hasn't. But have hit plateau and no matter what I try have not changed,stats an current pics to follow.
So I have decided to start first course and want to do it right. I know I should not start for another 6 years even,but I bust my ass and am strict (no drinking,2 cheat meals a week max etc.) and want big results,the results I'm training for. Training strictly for bulking right now,might compete later on,but for now it's about size.
I have a trusted source,and have decided on simple course to start. 12 week cycle,6 weeks d Bol ,then 6 weeks tr-tren,and cycle some nov adex in there as well. 3 tabs dbol a day then for the tri-tren start 1.5ml first week then 1 ml following weeks.
Advices??
