Recompositioning!!!! Build strength whilst losing fat at the same time!!!!
Hi.
In my sports strength and lightness go together!
Is it possible for a person to build strength whilst at the same time loosing bodfat?
Is this what as known as recompositioning?
Theoretically what AAS would help a climber build strength and become lighter
Bye

There are many combinations of gear you can use to meet that goal. But an EXTREMELY dialed in diet is more important than roid choice (not dbol etc...). A clean diet a few hundred cals over maintenance, small to medium Test base, and go from there... Winny, Var, Tbol etc... Long and slow 12-16 weeks. Figure out the gear later, get the diet dialed first (which it should be already if you are considering doing this). Hypothetical anyway right...

OK there is some bad info in this thread already...
"Tren is your fren" IGNORE THIS
"Winny, Var , Tbol etc... Long and slow 12-16 weeks" if you want to keep your liver in decent health then IGNORE THIS TOO
Your goals are easily achievable naturally, AAS are not need to increase strength while slowly (and slowly is the key) dropping weight.
You of course need to have your diet dialed in perfectly (and im sure you know that by now) I personally believe eating at maintanence and training really damn hard to expel those extra calories will give you the results you desire.
Good luck mate

Hey Rage.
I like those protein sources!
I do not like tren as it IS NOT a beginners AAS due to its harsh sides especially its suppression of the HPTA and natural test production!

WIth climbing you gotta be careful because the "pump" or the build up of lactic acid is going to kill you lol. Dieting to drop bodyfat is the #1 aspect here..... as far as a cycle goes..... for climbing.... I probably wouldn't use much other than test.

You might want to look into the "Leangains" diet, which is intermediate fasting. Worked for me, at least.
