I'm going on a cycle before the summer comes and just want some help and info please and thank you!I was 195 but thought it was best to cut down my bodyfat before doing another cycle and do it right this time!
What my goal is: I want to be a solid 185- 195 in single digits BF!
Stats
26 years old
5,9/165 lbs/7 % bf
working out for three years
fourth cycle
Diet is really clean now. cut out all junk food and keeping a track of my protein and carbs/fats.1.5 grams of protein per pound of LBM and only carbs around my workout! All healthy fats from flax oil and MCT oil! Carbs are from brown rice and sweet potato and some fruits on cheat days. My workouts are two days on ,one day off with cardio in the morning and afternoons.
Well the cycle i'm thinking of doing is this:
test prop-150 ml-EOD-wk 1-12
tren A-75 ml-EOD-wk 1-6
Hcg-every 4 wks 1000 iu
Pct-nova-40,20,20,20
Okay my questions are:
1) is this cycle goal enough for my goals to get to 185-195 in single digit BF?
2)is the amount good enough?
3)should i do the tren at the start or end of my cycle?
4)also i heard about the prolactin Gyno from the tren what could i use to counter act this?
5)what would be the best outline for pct?
