    Cool Cycle at 22

    I know many of you will not support some undeveloped young adult running a cycle but i plan to, here is my question, say I am undeveloped and am going to **** up my hormones, which is more likely to do it. A light cycle of test or a light oral only of t-bol. would the t-bol be less likely to screw my hormoes because it dose not aromatise? or would the test be better?. If no one gives me an answer i will be taking the t-bol only at 50mg ed for 5 weeks with a clomid pct of 100/50/50/50

    I know oral onlys are frowned apon but at my age wouldn't a turnabolin only be a better option then getting shut down hard by test?

    Do you remember saying this is another thread? You really should take your own advice and wait till you're actually 25 like your profile says you are.

    "Cycling young is just a bad idea, like swol said, your test is in its prime, your going to be able to make steady gains as you learn and progress with your diet and routines, as you stricken your workout program and diet, you will find gains. But by adding steroids you you will have no idea whats working for you to build muscle and IMO become another idiot gym rat using ridiculous form and getting massive gains, that's not to mention that your body is still developing and taking anymore AAS before you grow and mature could seriously disable any potential you may have in your future. IMO Your to young and you may think this is what you need but you have only lived 20% of your life, respect the other 80% your future self will have to deal with.
    Your body is producing alot of test naturally right now and you may mess it up. You will come off your next cycle, maybe keep all your gains, but your test will most likely not come back fully. So if you wait you will have many years and many cycles ahead of you, for the rest of your life, but just one more cycle now, could take away any chance of using AAS or even working out natty in your future. Make the right decision, stay clean, then when you turn 21 preferably 25, mabey start another cycle. Chicks don't dig the limp dick no matter how big or fit you get."

    Yah im strongly against young cyclers, not only because of under developed hormones. notice my first point? I bolded it. Im not another gym rat, i know what im doing and i believe i will keep my gains. I think steroids hurt people because of abuse, people get hooked and only stay big while on cycle because they were not experianced enough to handle a cycle. It really ****s with there heads.

    But my question is: What is more harmful to someone young like me? I have read many fourms on how "Don't do it, i took one cycle of test and now im on hrt and cialis" but nothing on T-bol giving permanent limp dick, not that i bileve that is true, that T-bol won't give you a limp dick. Mabey i cannot find any forums or blogs on t-bol gone wrong because t-bol is not as popular.

    But anyways, Which is better T-bol only or test enth only

    Yes but as bad as test will? Look at the pct needed for t-bol, many have not even taken a pct and recovered fine, also some have not recover fine, but what will shut you down worse? Test or T-bol, from what I have read T-bol seems to be the easiest to recover from and very rarely has any sides.

    Well you obviously are just another imature kid though that THINKS he knows everything, you just proved that.

    Smarten up and wait a few years, you think your diet and training are perfect already? I highly doubt it and your knowledge definitly isnt

    Actually I know enough to make that statement...

    You are 22 right? What age should you cycle? Do you listen to anyones advice?

    OK lets see now, here is a perfect example of your knowledge:
    Planning on starting my first cycle , my source told me to take 5 tabs a day of the test enth untill the bottle was gone, each tab is 10mg at 5 tabs a day, 50 mgs a day, so 350 mg per week and the bottle has 200 tabs good beginner dose? then i was told the second the enth bottle was empty begin taking 1 tab a day of clomid every day , bottle i have is 50 mg per tab and 60 tabs but he only told me to take it for 30 days, so half the bottle. and if i get itchy nipples or start getting soft around the chest during the cycle start the clomid early with two tabs untill symptoms subside then bring it down to one tab a day untill enth bottle is empty and follow through at one tab a day untill i am 30 day past finishing the enth bottle

I am smarter then that, and have researched AAS for about 2 years now, so i posted it up, that's what my source told me, Which was go bottle to bottle. IMO your not a very intelligent person, i would rather you not post anymore on the forum I have posted, you are IMO offering no helpful information to me at this time and next post i see with your name above it I will not be reading, no disrespect, honestly no disrespect.

    My stats 190lbs 6'1 1/2 12% BF Ridiculously small frame, Have bin training in martial arts for 16 years, weight training for 10, very dedicated diet. blond hair blue eyes

    have you tried adjusting your macros yet to achieve your goals as there is still room for natural growth there i.m.o regardless of age

    I have a extremely small frame, I have yet to meet anyone in my life as "lanky" as me but I am still jacked so i don't know if lanky is the right term, more "long limbed" when i adjust my macro's I stay the same strength and get fat or my BF goes down and i loose strength

    My goal is to be the next Mr. Olympia, which is not going to happen, I figure set my goals high and if i don't quit make it all the way ill still have made it pretty far.

    I want to putt on clean mass and strength, I want to start my journey early, do a small cycle now, another in maybe a year then go full throttle once i turn 25

    i agree with dan. you're too light in weight. i was 6'2 190 lbs 9% bodyfat without AAS. and still i think i was on the light side

    i dont see how you just put on fat and no lbm when you adjust diet, there is 1 of 2 things wrong, or mabey both, your diet isnt as clean as you thought or your lifting regieme needs work, if you cant gain lbm without steroids at your stats then you wont gain lbm with steroids until you rectify these fundermental flaws

    I would post my diet but its just to much, trust me my diet is fine, I don't eat dirty, I cut I bulk, I cut I bulk, I cut I bulk, and it has worked for many years, but now i cut i loose strength I bulk I get fat and just a tiny bit stronger then before that's lost when i return to my preferred BF% all I eat is egg whites for protein then oats pasta and rice for carbs, I don't take cheat day's and my diet has bin reviewed by many coaches and fitness instructors who always seem to know less then what I do.. IMO

    so you eat bout 60 egg whites per day?

    also the whites dont contain all the necessary aminos which our body needs

    why only egg whites anyway

    what about EFA's

    i suggest you have a look around the nutrition section mate and read a few stickys

    and yeah I agree, if the people you consulted with said that your diet is fine then they not even worth the price of the paper their ''qualification'' is printed on i.m.o

    There's really no need for other proteins IMO, I don't need to look at the diet section, because I have, I also have on every other site. Protein is protein, one may argue but IMO That's what I Believe but what your opinion not on my diet but on the t-bol v.s enth young

    EFA's i get separate, I believe that the fats in your diet should not come from animal sources but from plants and fruits, fish is an exception.

    I mean no disrespect. but I am a smart guy IMO, I have putt alot of time into this, and your diet while on gear should be different then while off IMO. Your body dose a much better job synthesizing proteins while on cycle, and can do more with more calories and consume more

    Thx for your help, how about i post my diet in the diet section tomorrow and you can see how tight it really is, i don't know your knowledge on frame size, but when you have the size of bones I have and weigh 190 lean, your a pretty big dude.. I tear up the weight classes when I fight because the other guys are all bone and muscle, im very little bone, and alot of muscle haha

    When you study deep into human anatomy, you will find that everyone has different bone structures, a naturally bigger build of a man or women will have much larger tendon insertions and a better base of non superficial muscle. You wan't mock me saying "oh I have small bones" Stating I am using it as an excuse for my weight, it just encourages me more to do my cycle, because by you telling me that I am wrong when i know i am right, just discredits anything else you have to say to me about anything, because I now see you as a liar. Any real knowledgeable person of human anatomy should know that a persons height can in fact inhibit ones ability for compound lifts, being at a low body fat, or a high body fat, has absolutely no relation to the size of ones frame. I am a very small framed individual, meaning I am long limbed, and always will be. And i tear up my weight class because I bring something very unique to the sport being such a long limbed fighter, It's is very awkward to fight me.

    your post makes no sense. You stated before that because of your small bones you are carrying more muscle. So saying someone else of your height and weight has less muscle then you. And that is why you can tear up everyone in your weight class.
    I dont know how you got into compound lifts and everything else in your post.
    And yes your using small bones as an excuse for your weights like others with im a hard gainer or i have a super metabolism.

    I used to think the same thing when i was young and wrestling at 119-125lbs. Now that i know how to eat and train properly i laugh at myself sitting at 200lb now

    In theory if one person is 6'1 10%BF and 160LBS and his bones weigh 60 pounds, because he is big boned (short limbed) and you have another person 6'1 10%BF and 160LBS and his bones weigh 30 pounds, because he is small boned (long limbed), who has more muscle? What I was stating only holds true in weight class sports. Im not making this shit up lol I go to school which may be irrelevant, but I am a smart guy who dose his research, My father was a very successful bodybuilder of his day may he RIP and I plan to follow in his foot steps

    Maybe someone with an education could step into this thread, no insults intended, just someone with the knowledge that can back me up that having a very long limbed, or small frame sets your body back to what it can naturally achieve.

    Dude that's just fvckin ridiculous. lol. If you had "smaller bones" you would be a less adequate fighter not a better fighter, bone density is vital in boxing & mma, if you have little girl bones, your career will be very short lived.

    Yah? obviously with that statement you don't have extensive training under the form of BJJ, obviously Anderson Silvia is a pretty shitty fighter then because of his long limbs and "Girly" frame.

    6'2" 190.. u can def make natural gains .. eat more food.. and keep eating ,, then when ur full eat some more..
