Why do people ask for stats ? What is a good first cycle ? I have been lifting off and on for about 15 years. I have been back in the gym for about 6 months and am making some good gains. Any info helps.

Stats are needed to give good advice. Age to see if you're too young. At 36 you're good though. Height and weight to know where you stand and if you should be even thinking about gear or fixing your diet and bf% for basically same reason.
What are your stats?
Without stats it's impossible for anyone to try to give accurate advice/tips/opinions on training routines, diet and aas usage etc.
Typically they include:
Height
Weight
Age
Diet
Training Experience
Welcome and enjoy.
