Hi everyone. I've been training for 3 years with not a lot of gains. I am an ectomorph 23yrs 1,70m 68kg 9% bf. I started dieting hard a couple of months ago but I think I need a little help with something more. I can't put weight of fat and increasing the weight by muscle is very difficult for me. I don't know anything about legal steroids, just read a little in this page.
All I want is advice about if I should take some legal steroid, which one and possible sides effects.

You do realize the only way to get steroids legally is through a dr. right? You can get legal stuff off a website. Read the fine print I'm sure it says they're selling supps
