You are well within the proper age range. You claim your body fat is low showing your diet is good and you have several years experience in the gym. If you had said you were 18-22 your results would have been different. We are here to help people do things safely. I agree with the 12 weeks range and personally I would just keep the AI on hand if you start to feel any E2 sides. 500 is not all that high and you may not need the AI and could cause your E2 to go to low possibly. Doing a blood test after about 3 or 4 weeks is the best way to tell.
