Epistane PCT

Running a 5 week cycle of Epi and PCT is the following:

Nolvadex 20-20-10-10
Kre-Alkalyn throughout
Organ Shield
Bioforge
Erase 0-0-3-3-2-1

My question is basically when does cortisol become a factor during PCT? Is erase at week 3 enough/at the right timing to control cortisol or should I start it earlier? Thoughts on overall PCT?

What dose of epi are you running?

I think you should run erase throughout and drop it for PCT, nolva will everything for you for such a mild cycle.

(Unless your running a very high dosage)

that pro hormone sucks ass, I ran it..do not use it. Run test, and if you must run a oral run var. or better yet var and test.

Running 30/30/45/45/45. I was going to taper off the erase after pct for estrogen rebound.

Well other then the fact that oral only is not recommended
I ran epi at 20/30/30/30/30 and gains 15 pounds huge strength gains lost BF felt amazing. It killed my joints though so take extra care there. gains were easy to maintain.

maybe stack with some low dose test

but seriously, a solid pct. stick to your diet, train hard, and get plenty of rest.

i would never use epistane again. it killed my sex drive and made me break out so bad.

I think for a little bit I wasn't able to keep a hard on for as long and it made my back break out bad.

Epistane does not suck. I've used it twice and saw great results each time. I eventually was running 56mg ed split up with am and pm doses. Def has an 8 hr half life tho

Ive stacked guys on Epi/Max LMG. It's okay...Epi(or Havoc) solo at a high does is better IMO. If you aren't too susceptible to gyno, I've had guys see great gains with a 5 week cycle of Superdrol + Max LMG. Just a very 'wet' setup. Halodrol + Max LMG is solid too
