Doing injections mon and thursday but tonight being sunday im meeting up with a group of mates, 1 of whom actually does my injections. Would it be alright if he did it tonight instead of tomorrow morning? say 7-9 hours difference? Its test e so its a long ester anyway.

cheers man, yeh making a schedule is best but sometimes is hard to follow due to being on call for work, hanging out with mates, not being prepared etc.
