Hi peeps,
Currently 6 weeks in of a test E and tren E cycle. Shooting every 4-5 days.
I'm getting some good lean gains.
I'm trying to lean up as much as possible. My diet is clean apart from a cheat day on a weekend which I need to keep my sanity :-)
I've got some T-Bol tabs I was thinking of throwing in for the next 6 weeks to finish the cycle. Would it be worth it?
Also any tips on losing water retention?
I'm doing cardio twice a day 20 mins on waking on a empty stomach and then 20mins after a weights session. The morning session I'm doing 6 days a week. And the evening cardio 4 times a week.
I'm cutting up well but I still have stubborn flab on my stomach. The rest of me looks lean. I've spoke to a pro bodybuilder I know has he commented that I'd leaned up well. I mentioned the stubborn flab and he said its the last to go and too keep at it.
I've got 8 weeks until I go away so it would be good to get in the best shape for then.
