Diuretics???

hey, wasnt sure wether to put this in the supp forum or not..

i have my 1st photo shoot for a magazine in june and i was wondering if any of yous had used diuretics (lasix etc) and how yous found them? i used MHP's Xpel last year before i went on holidays and it definately worked but i'd like to know if any of yous recommend lasix etc and how you suggest to use it.. thanks
